Summary:

Re-construction of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, service lines and storm sewer in 9^th Street from Fulton Street to Columbus Street, Fulton Street from Mt. Rushmore Road to approximately 150’ west of 9^th Street and South Street from Mt. Rushmore Road to 9^th Street.  Storm sewer installation in 9^th Street from Columbus Street to Kansas City Street.  Reconstruction of street and curb and gutter is also included.
